Cancellation Eligibility
An order can be cancelled directly if it has not yet been shipped within 48 hours after placement. If more than 48 hours have passed since the order was placed or if the order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. Cancellation Procedure

Second, our customer service team will process your application promptly. Once approved, we will notify you of the result at the earliest opportunity and arrange the refund accordingly.
Refund Process
The refund will be issued back to the bank card account (Visa or MasterCard) you used for payment. Depending on the processing efficiency of different card issuers, we anticipate the refund will arrive within 1 to 3 business days.
