Shipping policy

1. Delivery Coverage

Delivery is available across all regions of France. Shipments to destinations outside France are currently not supported.

2. Shipping Fee Description

Orders with a total value of 110 USD or more qualify for free shipping. Orders below 110 USD will be charged a flat shipping fee of 7.99 USD. All applicable taxes are included in the product price and will be calculated at checkout.

3. Order Cut-off Time

Our operating hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (CET). Orders placed before 6:00 PM (CET) on a business day will have their processing time counted from that same day. Orders placed after 6:00 PM (CET) will have their processing time begin on the next business day. If an order is placed during a weekend or public holiday, the processing time will start from the following business day.

4. Processing Time

The standard processing time for all orders is 1 to 3 business days. This period begins once your order has been confirmed and payment has been successfully processed.

5. Shipping Duration

The estimated total delivery time is 5 to 9 business days from the date the order is shipped. Please note that this timeframe does not include the processing time mentioned above.

6. Carriers

We partner with reliable logistics providers commonly used within France, including La Poste (Colissimo), Chronopost, and DHL France, to ensure safe and timely delivery of your order.

7. Order Tracking

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number, payment invoice, and details about the assigned carrier. To track your shipment, visit the “Order Tracking” page on our website and enter your email address or phone number along with the corresponding order number. The system will display the current status of your order.

8. Liability Statement

  1. Product Damage or Loss: We take great care in packaging all items. However, if your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund as appropriate.

  2. Shipping Modifications and Cancellations: Once an order has been placed and is being processed, modifications to shipping details or cancellations may not be possible. For assistance, please reach out to us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request before the order is dispatched.

  3. Delivery Address and Responsibility: It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by you. In such cases, any additional shipping costs incurred will be your responsibility.

9. Receiving Precautions

Upon delivery, please inspect the package for any visible signs of damage before signing for it. If the package appears damaged, note this on the delivery receipt and refuse acceptance if necessary. For undamaged packages, open and verify the contents promptly. Should any item be missing or defective, notify us within 48 hours of delivery for further assistance.
